Whats the point pricing = MSRP

The reason I do research is to determine pricing to negotiate down to. From what I was able to find on this app the dealers who had "deals" that I found online didnt show up in search with app. All searches I did resulted in MSRP pricing, I already knew what the dealer wanted me to think was fair (MSRP).
If in fact Consumers cant really negotiate base price nowadays someone just needs to say that lol. I suppose I will use the pfft/walk away trick and see what that generates.
I wouldnt waste the d/l time with thus app.
